Custom Report - List all Groups in an Everbridge Organization that have Contacts associated with them.
Description
This guidde shows you how to create a Custom Report that lists all Groups in an Everbridge Organization that have one or more Contacts associated with them. Only Groups containing Contacts will appear in the report.
1. Login Page
Sign in to the Manager Portal and select your Organization.
2. Manager Portal
Ensure you are at the Organization level.
3. Reports
Select "Reports & Analytics", then "Reports".
4. Create a New Report
Select "Create Report".
5. Report Type is "Contacts" ..."
Select "Contacts" from the Report type drop-down menu.
6. Field Name is "Associated Group(s)"
Find "Associated Groups" in the list of Field names.
7. Choose "Associated Group(s)"
Drag and drop "Associated Groups" to the DATA section.
8. Report Preview
Select "Preview Report" to get a preview of the report.
9. Report Preview
View the preview of the report and confirm the data is correct before saving the report.
10. Report Name
Give the report a name.
11. Save
Save the report.
