One way to publish your Notifications is via one or more Everbridge Web Widgets. The Everbridge Web Widget must be enabled for your Account. If you do not see the Everbridge Web Widget option when performing the steps in this guide, contact Everbridge Technical Support to have this feature enabled.

Sign in to the Manager Portal and select your Organization.

Ensure you are at the Organization level.

Select "Settings".

Select "Organization".

Select "Publishing Options".

Select "Everbridge Web Widget".

Navigate to the "Enable Web Widget Publishing" button.

Toggle the "Enable Web Widget Publishing" button to the On position.

Select "+ Add Widget".

Define the Name of the Widget.

Enter the name of the Web Widget.

You have two choices for the Default Duration. Select "Same as the Broadcast Duration" to keep it the same as your Notification's Broadcast Duration or choose "Custom" which will display a list of Duration options that range from 15 minutes to one year.

Optionally choose "Custom" to create a custom Broadcast Duration for your Web Widget.

Use the drop-down menu to select a custom Broadcast Duration.

Select a specific time interval.

Click "Save".

Toggle the Default option to make your new Web Widget the default Widget.

Click the pencil icon to edit the Web Widget.

Click "Save" to save any changes you made and click "Cancel" if you do not want to save the changes.
