How to access Everbridge University (EBU).

Description

Everbridge University is a self-service, online training resource for Everbridge Suite that is accessed via the Everbridge Manager Portal. Everbridge users can take training at any time, at any pace, and from any place that has access to the internet.

NOTE: For a user to be registered in the University, they must first log in to EBU from the Manager Portal. Once a user has logged in to EBU for the first time, they will be registered and visible in EBU to Administrators.

To log in to Everbridge University, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the Manager Portal at either the Account or Organization level.
2. From the top right-hand side of the page, click on the question mark (?) icon.
3. Under HELP & SUPPORT, select Everbridge University.

4. Through Single Sign-On (SSO), a new tab will open and the user will be redirected to Everbridge University.

NOTE: Everbridge recommends that all new users take the Everbridge Suite Fundamentals training.
