How an Administrator can send a forgot password email to Everbridge users.

1. Log in to the Manager Portal at the Account Level.
2. Click on the Users tab.
3. Click on the pencil icon next to the desired user.
4. Click the Send Forgot Password Email button.
5. Click OK.

The password reset email is sent to the user and they can reset their password by following the instructions.
