Event Log Report for Security and Contact Management Events in Everbridge Suite.
Description
The Event Log Report is a text-formatted report that can be downloaded by Account Administrators. The report has two options:
- Security Events: Reports all Security Events across all organizations for that account for the last 12 months.
- Contact Management Events: Reports Contact Management Events for that account across all organizations for the last 12 months.
MPORTANT: For detailed information on what information is reported in the Event Log see the Online Help from the Everbridge Manager Portal. Once logged in to the online help, search for "Event Log Report". (Note: a direct link to the relevant section in the online help cannot be added here because the online help URL changes with each product release.)
Accessing the Report
- Log in to the Everbridge Manager Portal as an Account Administrator
- Select Settings > Security > Event Log Report
- Enter a date range (dates must be within a single calendar month and within the past 12 months)
- Select Security or Contact Management from the Report Type drop-down menu
- Click Generate Log Report (the report is generated in the background and sent to your email)
