Using the Everbridge Mobile App

Using the Everbridge Mobile App, you can use the calendar to make yourself unavailable and/or name your replacements.

NOTE: View others' unavailability and replacements from the mobile calendar.

To make a contact unavailable and name a replacement in the Everbridge Mobile App:

  1. Log in to the Everbridge Mobile Safety app on your mobile phone.
  2. Tap the menu on the upper left-hand corner.
  3. Tap Calendar.
  4. Tap the on the desired date.
  5. Tap the three dots on the upper right-hand corner.
  6. Tap Make Unavailable.
    1. Toggle All Day to make yourself unavailable all day.
    2. Or select Starts and Ends dates.
    3. Tap Repeats to select a frequency of Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
    4. Tap Every to select how often to repeat.
    5. Tap Back.
    6. Tap End Repeat to set when the repetition will end.
    7. Tap Calendar.
    8. Select from which calendar you wish to set the configured unavailability.
  7. Tap Replacement.
    1. Enter a First Name and/or Last Name, and tap Search.
    2. Select the desired replacement name and tap Back.
    3. Tap Save in the upper right-hand corner.

Using the Member Portal via the Everbridge Mobile App

To make a contact unavailable and name a replacement in the member portal via the Everbridge Mobile App

  1. Log in to the Everbridge Mobile App on your mobile phone with your Member Portal credentials.
  2. Tap Manage Accounts
  3. Tap the desired account name.
  4. Tap Manage My Profile. Your Member Portal profile page is displayed.
  5. Tap the menu in the upper right-hand corner.
  6. Tap On-Call Schedule. A calendar from your schedule is displayed in the My Schedules tab.
  7. Select calendar dates by:
    1. Tapping the arrows left or right by the week.
    2. Tapping Daily, Weekly, Monthly to see the calendar below it.
  8. To make yourself unavailable, tap the red icon next to the date and calendar name.
  9. Enter a Start and End date range and how often to repeat.
  10. Tap Replace and select the radio button next to the replacement’s name.
  11. Tap Replace.
  12. Tap Save.
