CSV Template design considerations and formatting requirements for contact uploads in Everbridge Suite.
Description
A CSV file is used to upload contacts into Everbridge Suite. A CSV template can be downloaded from the Manager Portal and should be used as the standard format for contact imports. If an alternative spreadsheet is used to create the CSV file, the column headers must either match the Everbridge Suite CSV template exactly (including spelling, spacing, and case), or contact upload mapping must be used to align custom headers to the standard Everbridge headers.
