To enable delivery method quiet times for an organization follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired organization from the upper right-hand corner.
2. Click on the Settings tab from the top of the page.
3. Click on Notifications from the left.
4. Click on Delivery Methods.
5. Select the checkbox for Allow Members to turn delivery methods on/off and specify quiet periods.
   1. When selected, contacts registered to the Member Portal can turn their delivery methods on/off and set quiet times for each delivery method.

If you do not see the option to Turn delivery methods on/off and specify quiet periods under the Organization's Delivery Method settings, then this option will need to be turned on at the Account level.

1. Log Into the Manager Portal as an Account Admin
2. Click on the Settings tab from the top of the page.
3. Click on Notifications from the left.
4. Click on Delivery Methods.
5. Select the checkbox for Enable the account and its organizations to turn on delivery path quiet time for contacts and members.
6. Once this is complete, you may go back to the Organization's Delivery Method settings as described above and select Turn delivery methods on/off and specify quiet periods for a specific Organization.
