What permissions does the group manager role need to create custom reports in Everbridge Suite?
Answer:
A group manager needs the View, download and edit ALL contact information permission granted to create custom reports. Granting the View, download and edit ALL contact information will allow a group manager to create custom reports and make changes to contact information.
- Log in to the Manager Portal and select the appropriate organization from the upper right-hand corner.
- Select Access from the top menu bar.
- Select Roles from the drop-down menu.
- Select the applicable group manager role from the menu on the left.
- Select Permissions in the Edit Role section. This section defines the permissions users have when granted this role. What are users in this role allowed to do?
- Select Edit contact permissions.
- Scroll down to CONTACTS and toggle the checkbox next to View, download and edit ALL contact information
- Click Save.
