What permissions does the group manager role need to create custom reports in Everbridge Suite?

Answer:

A group manager needs the View, download and edit ALL contact information permission granted to create custom reports. Granting the View, download and edit ALL contact information will allow a group manager to create custom reports and make changes to contact information.

 

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the appropriate organization from the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Select Access from the top menu bar.
  3. Select Roles from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select the applicable group manager role from the menu on the left.
  5. Select Permissions in the Edit Role section. This section defines the permissions users have when granted this role. What are users in this role allowed to do?
  6. Select Edit contact permissions.

  1. Scroll down to CONTACTS and toggle the checkbox next to View, download and edit ALL contact information
