Can all Contacts be temporarily disabled so that they do not receive notifications in Everbridge Suite?
Answer:
No. However, individual delivery methods can be disabled for specific contacts. Follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Manager Portal and select the appropriateorganization from the upper right-hand corner.
- Select the Contacts/Assets tab from the top menu,
- Click on the pencil icon next to the desired contact.
- Next to the desired delivery methods change the status slider to "off".
