Can a Notification be created by using the Everbridge Emergency Live Operator (ELO) include the Alertus publishing option?

Answer

An emergency live operator call simulates a user of the account sending a Notification, so any publishing option available to the user, such as publishing to Alertus, is available to the operator as well.
