Problem:

Adding display layers in the Universe tab in Everbridge Suite generates the error:

You already have the maximum number of display layers. To create another, you'll need to delete an existing one.

Root Cause:

The amount of display layers authorized for the account has been met. 

Solution:

Display layers are set when Everbridge accounts and organizations are created. Contact an Everbridge Account Manager to authorize adding more display layers.
