Problem
When logging into the manager portal, the following error message occurs:
Sorry, the page you're looking for isn't available.
Root Cause
This generic message can appear for several reasons, including:
The URL or bookmark being used is incorrect or points to a page path that no longer exists.
The page has been removed, renamed, or is temporarily unavailable.
Your user role does not have permission to view the specific page, notifications, or templates being requested.
For example, the URL is manager.everbridge.net/logon, which is invalid and does not exist.
Solution
1. Verify and correct the login URL:
The correct URL to use is manager.everbridge.net.
Open the base URL (manager.everbridge.net or manager.everbridge.net/login) instead of any bookmarked deep link.
2. Check your login details and access emails:
Ensure your email server is not blocking Everbridge system emails.
Confirm that your username and security answer are correct.
3. Confirm that you have portal access:
If you are still unable to access the manager portal after using the correct URL and verifying your credentials, contact your supervisor to ensure you have been properly registered for access.
Your supervisor can send the necessary registration email to grant you portal access.
4. Contact support if the issue persists:
If the error continues after using the correct URL and confirming your registration and role, contact Everbridge Technical Support.
Support can confirm the correct login URL, help validate your account, and troubleshoot additional causes.
