How to locate the details of your Organization in Everbridge Suite.

Description

The details of your Organization can be found under the Organization Settings Base Information. In this section Organization and Account Administrators can see organization details such as the Organization Name, Organization ID, and Organization Status as well as other organization information.

Example Uses

• When communicating with Everbridge Technical Support or an Implementation Specialist.
• The Organization ID is needed when configuring Single Sign-On (SSO) or retrieving Audio Bulletin Board messages among other things.

Organization Details

To locate your Organization Details, follow the steps below: 

1. Log in to the Everbridge Manager Portal and select your Organization
2. Select Settings > Organization > Base Information
3. The following minimal Organization details will be available. Depending on your Organization, additional details may also be defined.

• • Organization Name
  • Organization ID 
  • Organization Status
  • Country
  • Contact Data Store Location
  • Account Name
  • Last Modified Date
  • Last Modified By
