EBS: How to Locate Organization Details in Everbridge Suite


How to locate the details of an Organization in Everbridge Suite.


The Organizational settings contain general information about an Organization, such as the Organization's name and ID.

Organization and Account Administrators can use the Base Information section to view general information about the Organization, such as; the Organization Name, Organization ID, and Organization status.
The information in this section is useful, for example, when Administrators need to contact Everbridge Technical Support or their Implementation specialist.

To locate the Organization details, follow the steps below: 

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the appropriate organization from the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Select Settings from the top menu bar.
  3. Select Organization from the drop-down menu.User-added image
  4. Select Base Information from the menu on the left.
  5. The following minimal Organization details will be available. Depending on your organization, additional details may also be defined.
    • Organization Name
    • Organization ID 
    • Organization Status
    • Country
    • Contact Data Store Location
    • Account Name
    • Last Modified Date
    • Last Modified By
