How to unlock a locked Everbridge user account.

Description

A user can unlock a user account directly from the Manager Portal login page:

1. From the Manager Portal login page, click on unlock your account

2. Enter a username.

3. Click Continue.  An email will be sent to the registered email address with instructions to click on a link.

4. Click on the link in the email

5. Answer the security question

6. Click Submit

7. The user account is then unlocked
