Problem

SFTP Contact Uploads of encrypted files consistently fail after an Everbridge Suite upgrade.

Root Cause

This issue can occur if contact upload files are encrypted with weak encryption values (ciphers or hashes) that are no longer supported in Everbridge Suite.
