When running a Return to Work (R2W) report in the Manager Portal, the R2W Evaluation Date for an employee or group of employees is blank.
One or more variables have been added to an R2W template.
To determine if this is the root cause, check the Incident Variables for the effected contact record. If the R2W Evaluation Date is blank and a new variable has been added, this is the problem. In the example, below the R2W Evaluation Date is blank and the root cause is the new Location variable that was added to the R2W template.
