Yes. A notification that used an Incident Zone will display Incident Zone: Yes on the notification details page, as shown in the image to the right.

Any contacts that received a notification from an Incident Zone will have a value of Yes in the Incident Zone column in the CSV contact download list, as shown in the image to the right.
