Is there a way to hide "noreply@everbridge.com" when sending email Notifications to contacts from Everbridge Suite?

Answer

No. However it can be changed with the Reply-to E-mail feature.

When email Notifications are sent to contacts, "noreply@everbridge.com" is the system default Reply-to E-mail option. Change the option with the following steps below:

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired Organization from the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Notifications > Sender Information
  3. Enter a Reply-to E-mail address and click Add.
  4. Select the radio button next to the added option to set it as the new default.
