Is there a way to hide "noreply@everbridge.com" when sending email Notifications to contacts from Everbridge Suite?
Answer
No. However it can be changed with the Reply-to E-mail feature.
When email Notifications are sent to contacts, "noreply@everbridge.com" is the system default Reply-to E-mail option. Change the option with the following steps below:
- Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired Organization from the upper right-hand corner.
- Navigate to Settings > Notifications > Sender Information.
- Enter a Reply-to E-mail address and click Add.
- Select the radio button next to the added option to set it as the new default.
Note: For 1-way plain text email notifications, it is not possible to exclude the URL from the 'From' field. This is a standard feature of the system and cannot be altered.
