EBS: Is There a Way to Hide “Noreply@everbridge.com” When Sending Email Notifications to Contacts From Everbridge Suite?


Is there a way to hide "noreply@everbridge.com" when sending email notifications to contacts from Everbridge Suite?


No. However it can be changed with the Reply-to E-mail feature.

When email notifications are sent to contacts, "noreply@everbridge.com" is the system default Reply-to E-mail option. Change the option with the following steps below:

Reply-to E-mail
  1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired organization from the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Click on the Settings tab.
  3. Click on the Notifications dropdown menu from the left.
  4. Click on Sender Information.
  5. Enter a Reply-to E-mail address and click Add.
  6. Select the radio button next to the added option to set it as the new default.
  7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
