Is there a way to hide "noreply@everbridge.com" when sending email notifications to contacts from Everbridge Suite?
Answer:
No. However it can be changed with the Reply-to E-mail feature.
When email notifications are sent to contacts, "noreply@everbridge.com" is the system default Reply-to E-mail option. Change the option with the following steps below:
- Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired organization from the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on the Settings tab.
- Click on the Notifications dropdown menu from the left.
- Click on Sender Information.
- Enter a Reply-to E-mail address and click Add.
- Select the radio button next to the added option to set it as the new default.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
