How to modify Incident Zone permissions for specific User Roles in Everbridge Suite.
Description
Permission to access and extend Incident Zones can be enabled/disabled for the Incident Operator, Group Manager, and Dispatcher roles.
To enable access to Incident Zones for these roles, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired organization from the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on the Access tab from the top of the page.
- Click the Roles sub-tab.
- Click on the desired role from the left.
- Click on the Permissions tab.
- From the Notifications section, select/de-select the checkbox next to the available option(s) for Incident Zones.
- For the Incident Operator role, the option will appear in the Incidents section.
- Click Save.
