How to modify Incident Zone permissions for specific user roles in Everbridge Suite.


Enabling Incident Zones

Permission to access and extend Incident Zones can be enabled/disabled for the Incident Operator, Group Manager, and Dispatcher roles.

To enable access to Incident Zones for these roles, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired organization from the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Click on the Access tab from the top of the page.
  3. Click the Roles sub-tab.
  4. Click on the desired role from the left.
  5. Click on the Permissions tab.
  6. From the Notifications section, select/de-select the checkbox next to the available option(s) for Incident Zones.
    1. For the Incident Operator role, the option will appear in the Incidents section.
  7. Click Save.
