Delete a Role from a User
To remove a role from a user, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Manager Portal and select the appropriate Organization from the upper right-hand corner.
- From the Account level, click Users, or from the Organization level, navigate to Access > Users.
- NOTE: only users granted the User/Role Management permission can use the Access tab.
- Click on the pencil icon for the desired user.
- Click the trash icon next to the desired role to delete.
- Click Save.
Delete a Role from an Organization
Roles can only be deleted from an Organization if they are not assigned to any users. Follow the steps below to delete the role from the Organization:
- Log in to the Manager Portal and select the appropriate Organization from the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on the Access tab from the top of the page.
- Click on the Roles sub-tab.
- Mouse over the role desired to delete and click the trash icon.
- Click Yes to confirm deletion.
