Contacts will not appear or update dynamically on the VCC map in all situations, even if location services and auto check-in are enabled in the Everbridge Mobile App / Everbridge 360 app.
To see a contact's most recent check-in on the VCC map, you typically need to refresh the VCC map after the contact performs a check-in in the mobile app. Contacts are alertable once the data from a check-in is pushed to VCC through the Everbridge Mobile App / Everbridge 360 app.
