Why is the source URL for NWS weather risk events excluded from alerts on the Visual Command Center {VCC) map?

Visual Command Center aggregates multiple risk events and combines them into a single event on the VCC map. Due to this behavior the source URL of weather risk events cannot be included in alerts.
