When launching incidents in Visual Command Center (VCC), contacts see all date/time incident variables in the UTC time zone.

Root Cause:

This is expected behavior.

Solution:

If desired, submit an idea in the Support Center by following the steps in Knowledge Base Article 000004257 - Using the Community Ideas Page in the Support Center for Requesting Product Enhancement Requests for Everbridge Suite to request customized time zones for VCC incident variables when launched.
