How to acknowledge multiple alerts in Visual Command Center (VCC).

Description

Multiple alerts can be acknowledged with the steps below:

1. Log in to Visual Command Center.
2. With the Alerts feed on, hold the Ctrl key and click on each alert desired to acknowledge. If using a MAC, hold the Command key.

3. Once all the desired alerts are highlighted, click on the Acknowledge icon. The resulting selected Alerts are displayed in the items panel.

4. Select a Disposition from the drop-down menu.
5. Enter Additional Information (Optional).
6. Click Acknowledge Alert.

The alerts will no longer appear in the Alerts panel but can be viewed from the Acknowledge Alerts feed from the Context panel.
