How to unlock user accounts in Everbridge Suite.

There are two ways for administrators to unlock user accounts:

1. Log in to the Everbridge Manager Portal
2. Select Users

Note: A padlock icon appears next to the first name of locked user accounts.

Option 1

1. Select the checkbox next to the locked user account
2.  Select Enable from the More Actions drop-down menu. 

Option 2

1. Select the pencil icon next to the locked user account
2.  Select Unlock Account
3. Confirm Unlock Account
