How to enable the Everbridge Mobile App (EMA) as a delivery method for an organization.


Enabling Everbridge Mobile App

To enable the Everbridge Mobile app as a delivery method, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the appropriate organization from the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Select Settings from the top menu bar.
  3. Select Notifications from the menu on the left.
  4. Select Delivery Methods from the sub-menu.
  5. From the Select Code drop-down menu, select Mobile Member App.
    1. Returning to the delivery methods page after making this change will show the code for this delivery method as Mobile Push Alert.
  6. Enter a prompt in the text box and select the Add link.
    1. To make the Everbridge Mobile app a default delivery method for the organization's notifications, select its corresponding checkbox from the Default column.
