VCC: Alerts Are Generating on the Visual Command Center (VCC) Map From a City Where Contacts Will Be Traveling to in the Future

Topic:

Alerts are generating on the Visual Command Center (VCC) map from a city where contacts will be traveling to in the future.

Description:

Risk events that occur within the time frame of a contact's expected location travel dates will trigger alerts. For example, a contact is expected to depart Charlotte, NC on July 20th and arrive in Las Vegas, NV on August 10th. Then a risk event for a wildfire takes place near the McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas on July 27th.

Visual Command Center will generate an alert since the contact's travel itinerary has the airport listed and the risk event is taking place during the date range for travel.

This is expected behavior as risk events may or may not impact traveling contacts.
