The search terms contacts use to find organizations in the Everbridge Mobile app can be entered into the Manager Portal to assist in the search. The organization name that displays in the Everbridge Mobile app can also be entered in the Manager Portal so that contacts know what to search for and what to expect to see.

Follow the steps below to enter an organization display name and the search terms contacts can use to find an organization in the Everbridge Mobile app:

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired organization from the upper right-hand corner of the page.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select the Everbridge Mobile App sub-tab.
  4. Select the checkbox next to Enable Organization Search.
  5. Enter an Organization Display Name.
  6. Enter up to three search terms.
    1. Leaving the search term boxes empty will prevent your organization from displaying in any searches made within the Everbridge Mobile App.
    2. Select the checkbox next to Require exact match (case insensitive) if only precise searches should return the organization name.
  7. Click Save.
