Problem:

When launching the Analytics application from the Administrator tab within Visual Command Center (VCC), you receive the following 401 error message:

You are not authenticated to view this page.

Root Cause:

Your web browser settings are preventing access.

Solution:

• Enable third-party cookies in your web browser.
• Set allow JavaScript within your web browser.

You may need to work with your IT team to make changes to your web browser settings.
