Problem:

The Admin Console does not load properly in Visual Command Center (VCC).

Root Cause:

Browser cache affects the loading of VCC page data.

Solution:

  1. Log out of VCC.
  2. Clear your browser's cookies and cache.
  3. Exit out of browser completely.
  4. Open a new browser window and log in to VCC.
  5. The Admin Console should load as intended.
