Problem

Viewing travelers on the Visual Command Center (VCC) map generates the following error code:

                          Error# 500-

Root Caus

Caching issues in the browser.

Solution

  1. Log out of VCC completely.
  2. Clear your browser's cookies and cache and then exit your browser completely.
  3. Open a new browser window and log back in to VCC.
  4. Viewing travelers on the map should now function as intended.
