Question:
What does the yellow lighting bolt in the upper right-hand corner of Visual Command Center (VCC) channels mean?
Answer:
The yellow lightning bolt indicates that updates to the channel are timing out due to a large amount of open incidents and/or alerts.
To resolve the lighting bolts, reduce the number of open incidents and acknowledge alerts. See Knowledge Base Article 000042094 - VCC: How to Acknowledge Multiple Alerts in Visual Command Center (VCC) for more information on acknowledge alerts.
If the lighting bolts persist, please contact Everbridge Technical Support.
