Answer:

Automated reports are not available for alerts and acknowledged alerts.

Generate a current Alert Report with the following steps:

1. Log in to Visual Command Center.
2. Click on the menu icon on the upper right-hand side of the page.
3. Click Alert Report.
4. Select the time period you want to report on.
5. Select Include Acknowledge Alerts.
6. Click OK to generate your report.
7. Download the report.
