The attached PDF document below is intended for Everbridge University (EBU) Power Users who will be managing their Learners' activity in Everbridge University.

Note: All Account Administrators in the Everbridge Manager Portal are enabled as default EBU Power Users.
If an Organization Administrator would like to gain EBU Power User access, please submit a request using the EBU Power User Request Form. This form can be found in the Everbridge Support Center.

As an Everbridge University Power User, you have the following administrative capabilities for the users of your account:

  • Enroll users in courses

  • Access Learner Progress Dashboard

  • Impersonate Learners

  • View Transcripts

  • View Enrollments

  • Message Learners

  • Run Consumption Reports

    • Learner Activity

      • Learner Progress

      • Course Activity

      • Course Summary

      • Curricula Activity

      • Certificates

These resources, along with your EBU Power User capabilities, can be used to monitor who in your organization has completed Everbridge University trainings, manage enrollments for large groups of users, and run the reports you need.
