Problem:

Contacts display for a specific location but not in a building on the Visual Command Center (VCC) map.

Root Cause:

By default, VCC will display the contacts at a location and not a building.

Solution:

Contact and building information can be displayed alongside one another with the steps below:

  1. Login to Visual Command Center.
  2. In the Operator Console, select Assets.
  3. Select Buildings in the Selected Items pane.
Contact at a Building Location

It is also possible to display building information only:

  1. Deselect Contacts on the Assets tab.
