Problem:

When reviewing or approving a new data file upload to Visual Command Center (VCC), the user receives the following error code:

                 HTTP error 405 (Method Not Allowed)
 

Root Cause:

The web browser has requested access to a web page. While the web server has received and recognized its HTTP method, it is rejecting it. A network proxy server or firewall settings are not allowing HTTP patch requests to pass through.
 

Solution:

Users should contact their organization's internal IT/Service desk to review proxy/firewall settings.
