As part of the installation process, two files will be installed in the C:\Windows directory that serve to automatically restart E Team service on a monthly basis. These two files are a separate download and are available on the support site at http://support.NC4.us. The two files include the RestartEteamService.bat file and the sleep.exe file. On the specified date and time each month,
E Team service will be automatically stopped, pause for thirty seconds and then restart.
Ensure that the E Team service name in the batch file matches with the name in the Windows Service Manager.
