For all browsers, users are advised to clear their browser cache after an E Team patch update has been deployed. Clearing your cache ensures that you get the most current E Team web page. After performing the steps below close your browser window and re-launch browser then go back to E Team.
Chrome:
- Select More Tools from your Chrome menu.
- Select Clear Browsing Data.
- Check Cached images and files.
- Click Clear Data.
Firefox:
- Select Options from your Firefox menu.
- Select Privacy and Security.
- Under Cookies and Site Data select Clear Data.
- In the pop-up window, check Cached Web Content.
- Click Clear.
Internet Explorer:
- Select Tools from your IE menu.
- Select Internet Options.
- Under Browsing History click Delete.
- In the Browsing History window, check Temporary Internet files and website files.
- Click Delete.
In addition for users of Internet Explorer you may need to deselect the default Intranet Compatibility setting.
- Select Tools from your IE menu.
- Select Compatibility View settings.
- Uncheck Display intranet sites in Compatibility View.
- Click Close.
