In addition to the variety of basic information about the location, including address and latitude/longitude, contact information, and notification details, the Enhanced Location Management feature also provides you the ability to add Attachments, Web Links (URLs), and Reference Documents from the Reference Library, as shown here.
Adding Attachments
To add attachments to a registered location, click the Add Attachment button. The Attachments section expands, as shown here.
Adding Attachments
- Provide a unique Label name for the document to be attached.
- Browse to the File to be added.
- Click on Add Attachment to add the document.
- Repeat steps 1-3 to add more attachments.
Adding Web Links
To add web links to a registered location, click the Add Web Link button. The Web Link section expands, as shown here.
Adding Web Links
- Provide a unique Label name for the link.
- Enter the Link (URL) for the Web Link.
- Click on Add Web Link to add the link.
- Repeat steps 1-3 to add more Web Links.
