Traveler Reports provide travel managers quick access to their traveler data.

Executive Summary

The Executive Summary tab, as shown in the following, displays the last reported locations for your travelers, expatriates, and dependents, and the Country Risk Rating for each of the countries of travel.

  1. In the image above, clicking the linked country name, number of travelers, number of expats, or number of dependents will display the corresponding list, as shown here.

  2. From the view shown above, you may Send Email to All who are shown in the view, or Export to CSV by clicking the associated links.
  3. Clicking the linked Record Locator for a specific traveler will launch the traveler’s itinerary in a new window, as shown following, that provides detailed information on the travel dates, flights, car rentals, lodging accommodations, train travel segments, and expat stays. You may also click the email address next to the traveler’s name, to send an email directly to this traveler.

Active/Pending Travel

The Active/Pending tab provides a list of the active and pending itineraries for your travelers, listed by Country destinations as shown below. The number listed in the Active column indicates the number of travelers currently in that country. The number listed in the Active/Pending column indicates the number of active and pending itineraries for the country. You can download a copy of the active destinations report to a CSV file by clicking the Download to CSV link at the bottom of the window.

  • Click the linked Country name or the number in the Active/Pending column (shown above) to view a summary of all itineraries for the selected country, as shown here.

  • Click the linked number in the Active column in the Active/Pending Travel itineraries to see the active travelers only, as shown following. You can download a copy of the active travelers report to a CSV file by clicking the Download to CSV link at the bottom of the window.

Arrivals

The Arrivals Report shows all air arrivals to the selected location over the date range specified.

  1. Select the date range, as shown here, and then click the go button.

  1. Select the airport(s), as shown in the image that follows, and then click the go button. To select multiple locations, CTRL-click on each airport to be included in the report. The list of travelers arriving at each airport selected will be displayed, as shown at the bottom of the image.
    • From this view, you can see the traveler’s arrival time, flight number, the originating departure location for the flight, the passenger name and email address, and record locator. You can click the departure location airport three letter code to get the full name of the originating airport, or click the email address associated to the traveler to send them an email.

Departures

The Departures Report shows all air departures from the selected location over the date range identified.

  1. Select the date range, as shown here, and then click the go button.

  1. Select the airport(s), and then click the go button. To select multiple locations, CTRL-click on each airport to be included in the report. The list of travelers departing from each airport selected will be displayed.
    • From this view, you can see the traveler’s departure time, flight number, the destination location for the flight, the passenger name and email address, and record locator. You can click the arrival location airport three letter code to get the full name of the destination airport, or click the email address associated to the traveler to send them an email.

Current Locations by City

The Current Locations by City report lists active travelers by location.

  1. Select the location(s) by its airport code(s), and then click the view button. To select multiple locations, CTRL-click on each airport to be included in the report, as shown in the Viewing active traveler's locations image. The list of travelers in the selected location(s) will be displayed, as shown in the Detailed report of active travelers by location(s) image.
  2. You can download a copy of the travelers’ location report to a CSV file by clicking the Download as CSV button at the bottom of the window, as shown in the second image following.
  3. You can email all travelers in the location report an email by clicking the Send email to all travelers in this view link, as shown in the second image following.

If multiple segments from a given trip have the same segment time, all will be shown.

Other Reports

The Other Reports tab provides two additional reports for your use:

  • 2+ On Flight Report – displays a list of all pending flights with two or more travelers scheduled to fly together. The report enables you to drill-down to passenger information, as well as the arrival and departure airports for each flight.
  • Travel By Location Report – allows you to find travelers arriving in a particular city within a given date range, with the full itinerary information for each traveler. Enter your query parameters as shown in Figure 24, and then click the View button to see the list of travelers. Like the other reports, you can download as a CSV file and/or send an email to all the travelers in the view.

The Travel Locations Report can help you to manage pandemic risk, as it lets you quickly determine if you have had travelers in a region where they may have been exposed to an infectious disease.
