NC4 Risk Center - Incident Summary Reports for Locations - Administration and Configuration

The Incident Summary Reports that are available to your users include only the incident information triggered by that user’s Login ID. Refer to the article in the Using NC4 Risk Center section titled, NC4 Risk Center - Registering and Managing Locations for additional information.

These same five reports, as shown below, are available to Administrators and include information triggered by all users within your organization. In addition, if your organization has the ISA optional feature, Administrators will be able to schedule reports based on the Internal Incident Reports your organization has generated.

The Administrator Reports settings defined here will be shared by all other Administrators in your organization, except for Sub-organizations which have separate Admin groups. Be sure to coordinate with other Administrators regarding the report preferences. To check whether other users have Administrator status in your organization, click on Groups in the Navigation Panel, then select the AdminGroup for your main organization (the Root or top-level organization) or your Sub-organizations.

If you would like your organization’s logo to appear on the Incident Summary Reports, you will need to add your organization’s logo per the instructions found in the attached table.

  1. Select each report you would like (or Select All), and the timing for each; quarterly, yearly and/or monthly. For a brief description of the report, place your cursor on the specific report name and the system will display a pop-up window with the report description.
  2. Select if you would like to be notified by email when the reports become available for download (recommended).
  3. Click the Save button to save the settings.

It is strongly recommended that you download each report within 25 days of the Date Created. After this time, the report file will be automatically deleted from the system.
