NC4: Risk Center - Introduction - Historical Reporting

NC4’s Historical Reporting and Analysis (HRA) Pack is an add-on feature to the NC4 Risk Center solution. HRA Pack is a highly flexible report generation and incident analysis tool that makes full use of the entire NC4 Risk Center incident database. This document is intended for those who use the NC4 HRA Pack feature within the NC4 Risk Center solution.

The purpose of this document is to help you extract precisely the information of interest out of the NC4 Risk Center incident database, sort it, and present it in a relevant way. Using HRA Pack, users can produce very useful reports that can be used for facility planning, incident impact assessments, and other analytical tasks. The output for the HRA Pack reports can be selected to meet your needs, and can include:

• Summary or detailed HTML Reports for a quick view of the data
• Summary or detailed PDF Reports for saving and distributing the report
• Data Export (Excel or similar output) for data manipulation
• KMZ Report (Google Earth) for contextual, graphical perspective on the data

An NC4 subject matter expert is available to assist you in creating reports, and the NC4 Support Center can provide on-going assistance with any questions you may have with regards to your organization’s use of HRA Pack.
