Select as many Regions and/or Countries as you need by returning to the drop-down list, making another selection, and clicking it.

  4. Confirm that the entries in the list box are accurate. Highlight any inaccurate entries and click on the Remove button to remove them from the list box.

  5. You may select Actors, if desired. Highlight the name from the list on the left and click the Add button to move it to the Selected box on the right. Continue in this manner until all the desired Actors appear in the Selected box.

Selecting one or more Actors will significantly filter down the alerts triggered by the profile since the actor will have to be assigned to the incident by NC4 analysts in order for the incident to trigger your profile criteria. NC4 recommends defining profiles that include Actor selections in addition to alert profiles that trigger a wider range of alerts.

  6. When you have completed the profile, click Save.
