Feed View for SMART Weather
Users will be able to view a feed of Weather Alerts and send a new Notification as needed. You'll now have access to Weather Alerts regardless if they were automatically sent by Smart Weather or not, allowing you to send them manually or for troubleshooting weather. |
Event Log for SMART Weather
Account and Organization Administrators will now be able to audit changes to Smart Weather settings for Quiet Periods, Alert Subscriptions, and Weather Thresholds via the Event Log. |
IPAWS Auto-Simplify Polygons
IPAWS senders will now be able to automatically simplify polygon shapes to the 100 points/vertices limit required (by IPAWS) for Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA). IPAWS senders will no longer need to manually adjust shapes, making it much easier to send WEA to a limited area. |
IPAWS Prevent Invalid Shapes
IPAWS senders will be prevented from sending invalid shapes for Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA). IPAWS senders will be prevented from accidentally sending unintentional wide-area WEA alerts. |
