What's New in Crisis Management

Streamlined Menu Navigation

The Critical Events interface has been streamlined and clarified for an improved navigation experience.

Dashboard Public Link

Read-only versions of the Critical Events Dashboards (both for the Overview and for individual events) can now be shared outside of the Organization by using a Public Link. Any real-time updates will be reflected as they're made, and the Dashboard can be viewed on Android and iOS devices.

Form Public Link

Forms can now be shared with a Public Link to collect data from external sources. Once the results have been returned, they can then be viewed, searched for, filtered for, and downloaded.

Configure Submission Alert Recipients

Conditions can now be specified when setting the Alert Recipients for a submitted Form to ensure that the alert is always being routed to the correct users based on its contents. Specific users can still be targeted in the top section in addition to the isolated groups under the Conditions header.

What's New in Everbridge Mobile App

Enhancement to Single Sign-On User Flow

The Single Sign-On authentication page has been moved from within the Everbridge Mobile App to the mobile device's default web browser, offering an additional layer of security by leveraging browser-based security certificates.

This enhancement is available at no additional cost. All customers using SSO will notice the workflow change when accessing the Everbridge Mobile App. 

Release Date: January 25th. Will be enabled for all EU Organizations on February 1st. The release date for US Organizations is to be determined.

Forms IC Notifications Added an option for the user to turn the automatic form link on or off in the Form-IC workflow. Accommodates customers that don't want to include the form link there because they have already passed the content in the form to the IC.
Forms Copy Form The Form Copy feature has been enhanced so that all of the Form Settings will be copied over. Saves time for the user to reconfigure the copied form and ensures that nothing is accidentally excluded from the copied version.
Forms Submission Download Enriched the download data to include the submitter's name and submission date. Provides additional details and context to the download data for troubleshooting and accountability purposes.
Member Portal Dashboard Added the title of the event to the Shared Dashboard so that it has the same format as the Public Dashboard. Adds formatting consistency to reduce any confusion from the Dashboard recipients. 
Documents Delete When a document is deleted, the sharing ability will also be disabled at the same time. Prevents deleted documents from still being shared after removal, enhancing data security while reducing user confusion.  
Reports Custom Reports Enabled the sorting of report contents by alphabetic order (Truist). Saves time by providing users with an additional method to sort their report data and find what they're looking for faster. 
Tasks Task Lists Enabled the user to click the assignee and see the names without having to navigate to the Group/Contact module. Offers easier navigation by removing the need to leave the Tasks module. 
Everbridge Mobile App Forms The "Requests" module in the Everbridge Mobile App has been renamed to "Forms" to match the updated Crisis Management interface in Everbridge Suite.  Provides a consistent naming convention between EMA and EBS modules.
