- Via Manager Portal (.net / .eu) — Click the ? icon in the top right corner and select "Everbridge Support Center". This ensures you're automatically associated with your organization.
or
- Direct access — Click "Sign In" at the top right of this page — from there you can log in with existing credentials or select "Sign Up" to create new ones.Note: these credentials are separate from your Manager Portal account — resetting them will not affect your Manager Portal login.Important: sign up using your work email address — a personal email won't be associated with your organization and you won't be able to see your tickets.
